MEDITATION
Meditation is an ancient practice that works on our emotional, mental and physical part.
Meditating leads us to work on areas of the brain that are directly related to the development of our mental and physical well-being.
Through the focus on our breathing, we disconnect from our surroundings, allowing thoughts to flow freely until they no longer occupy a significant space, allowing our mind to calm down, promoting deep relaxation, increasing our level of tranquility, leading us to a so desired inner stillness.
The frequent practice of meditation allows us to regulate emotions, giving us greater resilience in the face of everyday challenges, helping to behavioral change.
Reducing stress and anxiety levels are benefits of this practice, as well as increasing concentration and memory levels, among others.
What we do:
• Regular group meditation sessions in a serene and harmonious environment.
• Meditation to the sound of Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments.
• Guided meditations.
